Havens — Rules and Regulations

1. ⏰ Time Keeping
Be punctual and report to school on time. The gate is open:
  • 6:30am – 8:00am (Morning)
  • 12:00 noon – 2:00pm (Afternoon)
  • 4:00pm – 6:00pm (Evening)
No vehicle is allowed in the school premises outside the stated times.
2. 💳 Payments
Parents and guardians are required to pay a minimum of 70% of the total school fees before the official reporting date. The outstanding balance must be cleared by the fourth week of the term using the approved payment methods provided by the Bursar’s Office.

Important Notice:
The school issues only two official fee reminders. Failure to settle the required balance after the second reminder will result in the learner being withdrawn from class until payment is fully made.
3. 🏫 School Property
All school buildings and the surrounding campus must be kept clean, orderly, and well maintained at all times. Learners are expected to treat all school property with care and respect. Any form of defacement, misuse, or damage to school property is strictly prohibited. Learners found responsible for vandalism or damage to school property will be required to make full restitution and may be subject to further disciplinary action in accordance with school policy.
4. 👕 School Uniform
All pupils are required to be neatly and appropriately dressed in the complete school uniform at all times. Every uniform item must be clearly labeled with the pupil’s name to ensure proper identification and accountability.
5. 🎒 Personal Property
For the safety, security, and smooth running of school activities, pupils are not permitted to bring the following items to school unless prior authorization has been granted by the school administration:
  • Radios, mobile phones, and other electronic or electrical devices
  • Yo-yos, darts, slingshots, and any toys or objects that may pose a safety risk
  • Valuables, excess money, computer games, or items of sentimental value
  • Fireworks, matches, lighters, or any flammable materials
The school will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of prohibited items brought to school without permission. Any such items found will be confiscated and handled according to school policy.
6. 📅 Attendance
Learners are encouraged to attend school every day to support consistent learning and progress. If a learner is absent, parents or guardians are required to inform the school by phone on the morning of the absence.

Upon the learner’s return to school, a written explanation should be provided to the class teacher.
7. 📋 Requirements
Parents must provide all items listed in the official school requirements list.
8. 🤝 Respect for Others
Bullying of any kind, whether verbal, physical, or through any other means, is strictly prohibited. The school promotes a safe and caring environment where all pupils, teachers, and staff are treated with respect, regardless of ethnicity, religion, or gender.

Pupils are expected to respect the property of others. They should not touch or use items that do not belong to them without permission.
9. 📢 Notices
Parents are expected to read and respond to all school notices promptly on the school platform.
10. 🔒 Security & Safety
  • For security reasons, all visitors to the school must report to the school office upon arrival.
  • Pupils will only be released to authorized individuals as specified by their parents or guardians.
  • Parents and guardians are required to formally introduce any person authorized to pick up their child to both the class teacher and the school office.
  • For safety reasons, pupils must remain within the school premises at all times. Any pupil leaving the school grounds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Parents are encouraged to remind their children to use the veranda or designated walkways when moving to and from their classes, and not to pass behind parked or moving vehicles.
11. 🛝 Playground Rules
  • Pupils must use playground equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Climbing on fences, walls, or any non-designated structures is strictly prohibited.
  • Rough play, pushing, shoving, or any behavior that may endanger others is not allowed.
  • Pupils should respect the personal space of others and avoid any form of bullying or teasing while on the playground.
